The area of metal welding using ultrasound is covered by the majority shareholder Schunk Sonosystems GmbH. MS Ultrasound Technologie GmbH and Schunk Sonosystems GmbH also cooperate closely in the areas of R&D and sales.
MS Industrie AG holds a 49% stake in MS Ultraschall Technologie GmbH.
